Our Taste Award-winning country-style sourdough, made from a blend of wholemeal and white wheat flours grown and stone-milled in the UK. This is definitely not your classic ‘white sourdough’, but it is made firmly in the spirit of what we believe a good sourdough should be - full of flavour and goodness.
